How does it work?
Put simply, we will discuss with you what you’re looking to achieve and your current situation and then be very open and honest in whether or not we can assist by offering our solution.
If agreed in principle, we would arrange a site visit to conduct our inspection, noting if any initial works would be required to satisfy health and safety compliance. A lot of this we will do for you and at our cost. Contracts are then drawn up and a start date is agreed for us to take over the management of your property and take the hassle away from you.
